Thank you for your interest in hosting the 2027 NYSTAA Conference. Please fill out this form to provide the Conference Committee with as much information as you can with your plans to host the conference. The committee will review all submissions and reach out in mid-March 2026 with a decision.
If your bid is selected, a representative of your institution will join and be the co-chair of the Conference Committee.
The 2026 NYSTAA Conference cost for members will be $175 and $275 for non-members. We plan to operate on a similar budget this year. As you prepare your bid, please use this as a guide.
Hotel blocks: We would need one to two hotel blocks at a price between $125-$160. Hotels should be within a 5-10 minute drive to campus.
We would be expecting that between 75-100 members would attend.
